The CRC (ZRK) is committed to developing and implementing standards that support professionals and organisations in optimising their processes and demonstrably strengthening their competencies.

Certification as a Mark of Trust

Our certification programmes are designed to confirm the highest level of expertise and practical skills. They provide an objective assessment of competencies in leadership, risk and crisis management within the framework of strategic and operational organisational development, leadership and governance, and serve as an important mark of trust for partners, clients and the public. By participating in our personnel and organisational certification procedures, professionals and organisations can demonstrate their commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Collaborative Development of Best Practices

The ZRK promotes the active involvement of professionals and organisations in the standardisation process. Through workshops, specialist groups and public consultations, we collectively contribute to the development of best practices that lay the foundation for effective and efficient risk and crisis management for strategic and operational organisational development, leadership and governance for private and public bodies. Our standards and certifications are designed to be easily integrated into existing management systems and adapted to specific requirements.

RMA Guideline "Supply Chain Risk Management"

At the initiative and invitation of the RMA-Risk Management Association e.V., Munich, the CRC participated in the development of an RMA Guideline: Supply Chain Risk Management within the framework of a working group, professionally represented by Dipl.-Ing. Johannes Göllner, since January 2013 to date in the RMA Working Group: Supply Chain Risk Management in the development of the RMA Guideline: Supply Chain Risk Management.

The guideline was completed in February 2015 and published on the RMA website in April 2015. This RMA Guideline: Supply Chain Risk Management can also be downloaded free of charge by non-members from the RMA e.V. Munich website upon provision of your contact details.

The 2015 guideline has been under revision since 2019 and is expected to be completed in April 2024 and published by RMA e.V. Munich.

Leadership of the RMA Working Group "Supply Chain Risk Management" was assumed on 15 October 2028 by the Zentrum für Risiko- & Krisenmanagement, represented by DI Johannes Göllner.
