Leadership

Following the contents of ZRK's mission statement, this specialist area addresses the topic of "Leadership", which is of paramount relevance to organisations, particularly in risk-laden environments or during crisis developments, and can be seen as an essential contribution to successful crisis management in terms of forward-thinking action.

Due to the increasing complexity of our lives, technology and societal problems, we are confronted with crises more frequently than in the past. Particularly during a crisis, all eyes turn to the leader in search of stability, security and inspiration, as well as swift and clear decisions. If the leader appears overwhelmed, without direction or overburdened, this will transfer to the team.

Derived from this, the Leadership specialist area focuses on practical, effective and efficient action by leaders in risk-laden and crisis-affected environments.
