Position Paper on the EU NIS2 Directive
Globalisation, digitalisation and automation are driving the need to take a comprehensive view of supply chains, as they are vulnerable to cyber events and various global supply risks. A holistic strategy for risk mitigation and resilience is therefore crucial to avoiding disruptions. The development of these strategies requires innovations in risk assessment and modelling to determine the necessary resilience and create value. Responses to such challenges include international standards and regulatory measures such as the EU NIS2 Directive, which link cyber and supply chain security.
