Privacy

Thank you for your interest in our website. The protection of your privacy is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the respective legal provisions (currently GDPR and Telecommunications Act 2003).

collection, processing and use of personal data

You may visit our site without providing any personal information. We only store the IP address of the connection owner via cookies (see below). Other personal data is collected on this web portal through electronic forms in which you may enter data to obtain any additional information. Your data will be deleted after your request has been processed, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data. The CRC manages the data of its members (personal or corporate memberships). In order to provide the agreed services within the scope of membership, we therefore require the name, e-mail address and the consent that our members agree to receive electronic and haptic information media (such as invitations to events, etc.). You may revoke this consent at any time by emailing office1@zfrk.org.

Use of cookies

We use cookies on various pages to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions. These are small text files that are stored on your computer. Most of the cookies we use are deleted from your hard drive at the end of the browser session (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your computer and enable us to recognize your computer on your next visit (so-called permanent cookies). You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser software. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available by clicking on this link. We use the “Real Cookie Banner” consent tool to manage the cookies and similar technologies used (tracking pixels, web beacons, etc.) and related consents. Details on how the “Real Cookie Banner” works can be found at https://devowl.io/de/rcb/datenverarbeitung/. The legal basis for the processing of personal data in this context is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DS-GVO. Our legitimate interest is the management of the cookies and similar technologies used and the related consents. The provision of personal data is neither contractually required nor necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obliged to provide the personal data. If you do not provide the personal data, we will not be able to manage your consents.

Privacy policy for the use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. („Google“). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In case of activation of IP anonymization on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google.

Privacy policy for the use of X (formerly Twitter)

Functions of the X service are integrated on our pages. These functions are offered by X Corp., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. By using Twitter and the “Re-Tweet” function, the websites you visit are linked to your Twitter account and made known to other users. In the process, data is also transferred to X. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by X. For more information, please see X’s privacy policy by clicking on this link. You can change your X privacy settings in your account settings at https://twitter.com/account/settings.

Disclosure of personal data

Personal data will not be transmitted to third parties without your specific consent. If CRC uses various processors (e.g. publishers, mail processing companies, etc.) to provide its services for which data processing is necessary, these processors will have a contractual relationship with CRC that governs, among other things, the obligation to protect data.

Storage duration

Personal data presented above will be stored as long as you use the underlying service and will be deleted thereafter within 6 months at the latest after unsubscribing, unless mandatory legal restrictions prevent this.

Your rights

You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in some way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
