CCDSMR | COMPETENCE CENTER FOR DIGITAL SOVEREIGNTY, MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND RATING
This Competence Center sees itself as an interdisciplinary platform for the exchange of ideas and values on the social changes resulting from digitalization and the resulting shift from an industrial to an information society.
In the context of this information society, digital sovereignty is an essential aspect in terms of personal responsibility and authority to dispose of the information generated in the process. This autonomy of a natural person, a legal entity and the administration of a state must be taken into account accordingly by the legislator and ensured via the legal framework.
In this context, the interface to a management system arises. A management system must ensure that an organization determines both the legal and moral-ethnic boundaries and frameworks related to Digital Sovereignty within its boundaries. Thereafter, on a risk-based approach, all measures are to be determined so that this information autonomy is adequately protected.
