Excellence through clear standards

In the dynamic field of risk and crisis management, standardization and certification form the basis for quality, efficiency and reliability. The Centre for Risk and Crisis Management (CRC) is committed to the development and implementation of standards that support professionals and organizations in optimizing their processes and demonstrably strengthening their competencies.

Certification as a sign of trust

Our certification programs are designed to confirm the highest level of expertise and practical skills. They provide an objective assessment of leadership, risk and crisis management skills in the context of strategic and operational organizational development, management and control, and serve as an important sign of confidence towards partners, customers and the public. By participating in our personnel and organizational certification processes, professionals and organizations can demonstrate their commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Joint development of best practices

The CRC promotes the active involvement of experts and organizations in the standardization process. Through workshops, expert groups and public consultations, we jointly contribute to the development of best practices that lay the foundation for effective and efficient risk and crisis management for the Strategic and operational organizational development, management and control for private and public corporations . Our standards and certifications are designed in such a way that they can be easily integrated into existing management systems and adapted to specific requirements.

RMA Guide “Supply Chain Risk Management”

The Center for Risk and Crisis Management worked on the initiative and invitation of the RMA-Risk Management Assocciation e.V., Munich, to create an RMA guideline: Supply Chain Risk Management as part of a working group, technically represented by Dipl.-Ing. Johannes Göllner, since January 2013 to date in the RMA working group: Supply Chain Risk Management in the preparation of the RMA guidelines: Supply Chain Risk Management.

The guidelines were completed in February 2015 and published on the RMA website in April 2015. This RMA Guide: Supply Chain Risk Management can also be downloaded free of charge by non-members of RMA e.V. Munich from the RMA homepage by providing your communication data.

The 2015 guidelines have been under revision since 2019 and are expected to be finalized and published by RMA e.V. Munich in April 2024.

The Center for Risk & Crisis Management, represented by DI Johannes Göllner, took over the management of the RMA working group “Supply Chain Risk Management” on 15.10.2028.
