Events and conferences of the Center for Risk and Crisis Management (CRC) are central platforms where experts and managers meet, exchange ideas, discuss and learn from each other. Through these meetings, we offer a unique opportunity to discuss current developments, innovative technologies and best practices in risk and crisis management.
Knowledge transfer and networking
Each of our events is designed to maximize knowledge transfer and promote sustainable networks between participants. Whether workshops, seminars or international conferences – it is important to us that participants go home with new ideas, solutions and valuable contacts. Our events serve as a catalyst for innovation and collaboration to tackle the challenges of resilience and security for and by organizations together.

ISSS 2017 Vienna, 10.-14. July 2017
The Center for Risk and Crisis Management supports the ISSS 2017 Vienna as a cooperation partner and sponsor and, at the invitation of the organizer of the ISSS 2017 conference (ISSS-International Society for the Systems Sciences), Vienna, took over the chairmanship of the Call of paper-chair of the Exploratory group: “Risks In Supply Chain Networks” and is represented as a non-university research institution in the International Programme Committee.

ICT Security Conference 2017, Villach, 26-27.09.2017
At this leading European event in the field of security, the CRC was responsible for holding a one-day workshop on the topic of “ASGARD / Cyber Monitoring & Big Data – Session”.

EMCSR 2014
At the invitation of the organizer of the EMCSR 2014 conference (European Meetings on Cybernetics and System Research), Vienna, 22-25 April 2014, the Center for Risk and Crisis Management took over the Call of Paper chair: “Risks In Supply Chain Networks” on 23.12.2013 and is represented as a non-university research institution in the International Programme Committee.
